Hydrogen for Professionals & Executives
Our part-time training program, developed in collaboration with Leibniz University Hannover and the Fraunhofer Institute for Wind Energy Systems IWES, provides the knowledge needed to evaluate, initiate, and manage hydrogen projects. Participants will gain the expertise to confidently navigate the specialized hydrogen industry.
The next course starts in April 2025.
Fit4H₂: Understanding Hydrogen System Production
The training provides fundamental knowledge on hydrogen systems, focusing on fuel cells (FC) and electrolyzers (EC), while integrating in-depth insights into production technologies. Additionally, it highlights the economic potential of FC and EC component manufacturing. Ultimately, this course lays the foundation for integrating your expertise into the hydrogen system production value chain.
Hydrogen Applications in Mobility
This flexible, self-paced certification program covers the fundamentals of hydrogen technology, with a special focus on safety in hydrogen-powered vehicles. Practical insights into fuel cells, storage and infrastructure, and hydrogen's role in the energy transition complete the program.
Hydrogen Production, Transport & Storage
The three-semester DYNERGY program, offered by FernUniversität in Hagen in collaboration with Fraunhofer UMSICHT, covers hydrogen-related topics in Module 3.1: "Green Hydrogen as a Building Block for Sector Coupling". Participants gain expertise in green hydrogen, Power-to-X technologies, and carbon management strategies, enabling them to produce renewable energy carriers and reduce CO₂ emissions.
Hydrogen in Future Energy Systems
This training explores the role of hydrogen in today's energy system and highlights its potential in the energy system of the future. Additionally, it covers key topics such as sector coupling, Power-to-X technologies, and regulatory frameworks.
